Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum six months to one year related experience
- Three years of related air export experience and/or training
- Good written and oral communication skills
- One to two years of Cargo Wise experience

Job Duties
- Negotiate with domestic customers as intermediary for foreign customers to resolve problems and reach agreements
- Open a file on the dedicated software system for each shipment received
- Examine invoices and shipping manifests for conformity to tariff and customs regulations
- Contact customs officials to affect release of incoming freight and resolve customs delays
- Receive freight, documentation, and waybilling
- assess charges and collect fees for shipments
- Plan and direct flow of air and ocean traffic moving to overseas destinations
- Ship freights, prepare documentation and waybilling, assess charges, and collect fees for shipments
- Examine documents such as invoices, bills of lading, and shipping statements to verify conversion of merchandise weights or volumes into system used by other country
