Job Requirements
- High school diploma required
- Must have above average communication skills
- Customer service skills
- Proficiency in computer software including Microsoft Word, Excel
- Ability to multi-task effectively
- Strong teamwork skills
- Must be available to work odd hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Communicates with various donor services coordinators and doctors
- Estimates transportation times and costs
- Coordinates ground and some degree of flight transportation
- Obtains weather briefing, completes and files flight plans if needed
- Maintains company databases
- Verifies and maintains the ground crew on-call schedule
- Monitors en-route transportation
- Coordinates transportation vehicle availability with maintenance and administration department
- Performs other tasks as required
