- Support the CFS operations
- Ensure proper handling of freight process
- Accurate and timely data entry into operational system
- Track and trace shipments
- Provide customer service by phone and email
- Ensure freight is arranged in a timely manner within regulations
- Must be able to follow company policies and SOPs
