Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- basic knowledge of logistics and inventory procedures
- ability to perform data entry with accuracy
- familiarity with SAP transactions preferred
- good organizational and time management skills
- ability to work on-site
- military affiliation preferred but not required
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- experience with SAP or similar ERP systems preferred
- strong clerical and data entry skills
- ability to interpret logistics rules and documentation
- effective problem-solving skills
- good communication skills
- previous experience in a logistics or supply chain environment a plus
Job Duties
- Review and complete reoccurring SAP transactions
- monitor internal and external water levels
- review and provide updates on sequence as needed
- coordinate with supervisors and foreman to determine root cause for any discrepancies
- ensure items are properly kitted and production orders are completed in a timely manner
- coordinate daily inbound shipments for parcel, air freight, LTL, and truckload shipments
- compile and maintain records such as time, date, quantity, source and destination of materials received or kitted
