Job Duties
- Perform data entry tasks related to logistics and freight forwarding
- Provide customer service support through email communication
- Ensure billing and emails are up to date
- Arrange pickups for customers and coordinate trucking transportation to and from shippers
- Organize air and ocean carriers for shipments
- Communicate with overseas offices regarding shipments
- Maintain constant communication with customers to update shipment information
