Job Duties

  • Perform data entry tasks related to logistics and freight forwarding
  • Provide customer service support through email communication
  • Ensure billing and emails are up to date
  • Arrange pickups for customers and coordinate trucking transportation to and from shippers
  • Organize air and ocean carriers for shipments
  • Communicate with overseas offices regarding shipments
  • Maintain constant communication with customers to update shipment information
