Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1 plus year of relevant work experience
  • Familiarity with DOT regulations for the transportation of hazardous materials
  • Strong customer service skills

  • Ability to sit at a desk for prolonged periods

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Managing fuel transport drivers’ schedules and routes ensuring compliance with local, state and federal requirements
  • Scheduling product to be picked up and delivered
  • Serving as central contact point for both fuel transport drivers and customers, coordinating load and unload process
  • Managing and monitoring customer fuel inventories based on customer defined requirements
  • Responsible for multiple trucks, customers, drivers and routes, which requires extreme attention to detail
  • Monitoring trucks and drivers once they’re enroute, and helping if an issue arises with a load or unload
  • Monitoring email and phones at all times
  • Planning resources and forecasting at least 7 days out
  • Documenting all calls, deliveries, routes and times for pickups and deliveries
  • Completing paperwork related to shipments, such as invoices
  • Managing delivery timelines
  • Performing other related duties as assigned
