Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 1 plus year of relevant work experience
- Familiarity with DOT regulations for the transportation of hazardous materials
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills

- Ability to work independently

- Ability to sit at a desk for prolonged periods
- Effective use of speech, vision and hearing
- Use of hands for grasping and fine manipulations
- Ability to lift and move up to 20 pounds
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Managing fuel transport drivers’ schedules and routes ensuring compliance with local, state and federal requirements
- Scheduling product to be picked up and delivered
- Serving as central contact point for both fuel transport drivers and customers, coordinating load and unload process
- Managing and monitoring customer fuel inventories based on customer defined requirements
- Responsible for multiple trucks, customers, drivers and routes, which requires extreme attention to detail
- Monitoring trucks and drivers once they’re enroute, and helping if an issue arises with a load or unload
- Monitoring email and phones at all times
- Planning resources and forecasting at least 7 days out
- Documenting all calls, deliveries, routes and times for pickups and deliveries
- Completing paperwork related to shipments, such as invoices
- Managing delivery timelines
- Performing other related duties as assigned
