Job Requirements

  • At least 21 years of age
  • High school diploma or higher
  • Minimum 2 years experience in an administrative role
  • Minimum 2 years customer service experience
  • Valid driver's license with limited moving violations
  • Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
  • Ability to handle sedentary work conditions
  • Occasionally able to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • Ability to work under stress and multitask effectively
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or higher
  • At least 2 years experience in an administrative role
  • At least 2 years customer service experience
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Suite applications
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent clerical and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of computer systems relevant to scheduling and dispatching
  • Ability to multitask and work under stress in a fast-paced environment
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations or at-fault accidents in the previous 3 years

Job Duties

  • Coordinating transportation providers to ensure prompt and proper movement of shipments
  • Responding to customer inquiries and referring clients to the proper channels
  • Reviewing purchase orders and shipping documents to ensure accuracy
  • Notifying clients well in advance of potential late deliveries
  • Making special shipping arrangements as necessary
  • Building routes and recurring orders in TMS
  • Tracking and fixing shipping errors
  • Ensuring that the quality of all services provided meets the required standards
  • Developing processes that make the supply chain more efficient and organized
  • Monitoring driver electronic logs, driver scorecards, and E-log hardware
  • Covering delivery routes if needed
  • Performing other responsibilities as assigned by management
