Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 3 years of relevant experience in logistics or supply chain
- proficiency in data analysis and transport coordination
- strong communication and organizational skills
- ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems preferred
- legal authorization to work in the US
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Job Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field preferred
- 3-5 years experience in logistics or supply chain roles
- SAP experience preferred
- equivalent professional experience may be considered
- advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and other data analytics tools
- high attention to detail and accountability in managing logistics operations
- understanding of international logistics, shipping documentation, and customs compliance
- working knowledge of logistics contracts and pricing models including warehousing, ocean freight, full truckload (FTL), and less-than-truckload (LTL) services
Job Duties
- Arrange the transfer of raw materials to external warehouses and the delivery of finished products from the factory to warehouses
- coordinate and arrange vehicle transport for incoming raw materials and outgoing finished products, ensuring no vehicle shortages or waste
- analyze logistics data to identify inefficiencies, track performance, and make data-driven decisions to improve supply chain performance
- handle ocean, air, and ground freight including booking, tracking, and managing documentation for import and export operations
- work closely with customs brokers and trade compliance to ensure compliance with import/export regulations and manage customs documentation
- act as a key point of contact for external partners such as carriers and suppliers as well as internal teams
