Job Requirements
- Associate's degree in logistics, supply chain management or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in logistics coordination
- Experience with SAP software preferred
- Strong analytical and data management skills
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder coordination
- Knowledge of international shipping processes and customs regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- High attention to detail and organizational skills
Job Qualifications
- Associate's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related field preferred
- 3-5 years of relevant experience
- SAP experience preferred
- Equivalent professional experience may be considered
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and data analytics
- High attention to detail and accountability in managing operational logistics
- Understanding of international logistics, shipping documentation, and customs compliance
- Working knowledge of logistics contracts and pricing models including warehousing, ocean freight, FTL, and LTL services
Job Duties
- Arrange transfer of raw materials to external warehouses and delivery of finished products from factory to warehouses
- Coordinate and arrange vehicle transport for incoming raw materials and outgoing finished products, ensuring no vehicle shortages or waste
- Analyze logistics data to identify inefficiencies, track performance, and make data-driven improvements
- Handle ocean, air, and ground freight including booking, tracking and managing documentation for import/export operations
- Work closely with customs brokers and trade compliance to ensure import/export regulation compliance and manage customs documentation
- Act as key point of contact for external partners such as carriers, suppliers, and brokers and internal teams
- Manage logistics contracts and pricing models including warehousing, ocean freight, FTL and LTL services
