Job Requirements
- Fluency in English is required
- Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations such as calculating costs and rates
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of additional languages is a plus
- Experience using WMS is a plus
Job Qualifications
- Prior experience in freight forwarding logistics or a related field
- Experience in air exports is highly desirable
- Familiarity with Incoterms customs documentation and freight classifications
- Previous experience in manufacturing distribution or 3PL environments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
Job Duties
- Assist with the preparation and processing of shipping documents including bills of lading commercial invoices and packing lists
- Schedule and track domestic and international shipments
- Enter shipment data into computer systems and ensure accurate record-keeping
- Communicate with customers carriers and other third-party service providers to ensure on-time delivery
- Monitor inventory levels to ensure product availability
- Review freight costs identify cost-saving opportunities and assist in carrier performance analysis
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws including customs regulations FDA and trade laws
