Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- 5+ years of experience in shipping/receiving, logistics or inventory management in manufacturing or related industries
- ability to lead small groups or teams preferred
- strong logistics acumen
- ability to operate heavy duty equipment safely
- proficiency in Microsoft Office products
- understanding of ERP systems
- ability to work under direct supervision
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- problem-solving and analytical skills
Job Qualifications

- previous experience leading small groups or teams
- proficiency in Microsoft Office products

- ability to operate heavy duty equipment safely
- knowledge of Kaizen and 6S principles
Job Duties
- Identify missing parts or incomplete orders, shipments or kits and escalate as necessary to ensure ship dates are not missed
- ensure all shipping/receiving duties for sales and production orders are accurately filled for external and internal customers
- be a team player and maintain a positive, team-focused attitude
- complete industrial equipment training for operation such as fork truck, walkie, pallet jack
- oversee incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards
- prepare and review shipping documents, bills of lading, customs paperwork, and invoices
- schedule trucks and coordinate with carriers, freight forwarders, and third-party logistics providers
- manage export/import documentation and ensure compliance with international trade regulations
- liaise with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to ensure smooth logistics operations
- operate forklifts to move materials within the facility including unloading, loading, put away, and transporting to packing lines and staging areas
