Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 1 plus year of relevant work experience
- Familiarity with DOT regulations for the transportation of hazardous materials
- Strong customer service skills with ability to speak professionally and courteously with customers and staff
- Excellent communication skills
- Analytical skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Work is performed while sitting at a desk and working on a computer for prolonged periods of time
- Requires the ability to communicate effectively using speech vision and hearing
- Requires the use of hands for simple grasping and fine manipulations
- Must be able to lift and move up to 20 pounds at a time

Job Duties
- Managing fuel transport drivers’ schedules and routes ensuring compliance with local state and federal requirements
- Scheduling product to be picked up and delivered
- Serving as central contact point for both fuel transport drivers and customers coordinating load and unload process
- Managing and monitoring customer fuel inventories based on customer defined requirements
- Responsible for multiple trucks customers drivers and routes requiring extreme attention to detail
- Monitoring trucks and drivers once they’re enroute and helping if an issue arises with a load or unload
- Monitoring email and phones at all times
- Planning resources and forecasting at least 7 days out
- Documenting all calls deliveries routes and times for pickups and deliveries
- Completing paperwork related to shipments such as invoices
- Managing delivery timelines
- Performing other related duties as assigned
