Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2-3 years of experience in a related logistics or coordination role or 1 year post-college with a relevant degree
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work onsite Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Willingness to collaborate with diverse teams including sales, vendors, and government agencies
Job Qualifications
- Experience in logistics, customer service, inventory, and transportation
- Proficient in administrative support, data entry, and Microsoft Office including Outlook and Excel
- Strong detail orientation and problem-solving/critical thinking abilities
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously with high accuracy
- Experience in importing and exporting products is beneficial
- 2-3 years of relevant work experience or 1 year post-college degree in business, operations, analytics or related fields
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Familiarity with Oracle or similar ERP systems is an advantage
- International shipping experience is a plus
Job Duties
- Coordinate multiple steps of sales shipments and orders for Food/Meat products
- Collaborate with sales reps, vendors, and government departments to ensure accurate shipment and receipt of products
- Track and manage client and shipment details through internal systems and Oracle
- Compile and utilize original documents for international tracking and compliance
- Ensure all information is correct and detailed to adhere to international regulations
- Communicate proactively with involved parties to resolve issues
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of logistics and shipping regulations
