Job Requirements

- Experience in transportation or logistics field a plus
- Bilingual preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook

Job Duties
- Verify inventory of ISO containers on property
- Verify tanks have corresponding orders and interchange to be reconciled
- Billing and invoice responsibilities
- Delegation of lift operator work assignments as needed
- Use customer-oriented telephone etiquette to get information and handle customer orders
- Communicate to the Tank Wash Department all dirty tanks needing cleaning
- Confirm all cleaning certificates are scanned into the system from outside carrier clean tanks inbounded
- Communicate and coordinate with vendors, customers, and intercompany departments via email or phone
- Respond effectively to customer complaints
- Work collaboratively to achieve team goals
- Efficiently operate terminal and enter data
- Coordinate equipment needs per loading requirements
- Bring energy, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude to the job
- Multi-task and prioritize
- Maintain proper attendance and punctuality
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by management
