- 3+ years in a logistics environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Bilingual preferred

Job Duties
- Develops, communicates, and builds schedules for offsite facilities
- Publishes schedules and schedule changes in a timely manner
- Acts as backup to Traffic Analyst at main facility including building schedules and related functions
- Supports moving crew, designers, and account executives to ensure installation and move out deadlines are met
- Collects and reviews data to improve scheduling and logistics processes
- Resolves schedule conflicts with customers, designers, and account executives as appropriate
- Reviews labor scheduling and allocation to minimize cost while preserving client relations
- Prepares reports for management to inform decision making
- Coordinates driving and trucking activities to minimize delivery costs while maintaining client relations
