Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 years' experience in a freight forwarding role is required
- Previous experience directly selling ocean and/or air services is preferred
- Previous experience using CargoWise One ERP system is preferred
- Entrepreneurial spirit

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word and Excel

- Bachelor's degree is highly preferred

Job Duties
- Seek out new clients and establish a book of business through prospecting and networking including cold calling electronic media seminars trade shows and in-person presentations
- Present OEC Group's service offers including ocean import/export air import/export distribution and warehousing trucking cargo insurance and customs brokerage
- Meet monthly revenue quotas given by sales management based off monthly salary
- Collaborate with CRM specialists to create sales presence in local market
- Maintain communication with internal teams as well as overseas offices
- Travel locally for client meetings and presentations
