Job Requirements
- No degree required
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
- Ability to stand for up to eight hours
- Willingness to work first shift 8 AM to 4 PM
- Ability to work up to five hours of overtime per week
- Must wear steel toe shoes
- Ability to work in a non-temperature controlled environment
Job Qualifications
- One year of experience in logistics or warehouse operations
- Entry-level experience
- Forklift operation skills
- Knowledge of shipping and receiving procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Manage end-to-end logistics for solar project materials including solar panels inverters and other equipment
- Coordinate inbound and outbound transportation with vendors and freight forwarders
- Load and unload shipments and ensure all loads are properly secured for transport
- Track and manage inventory levels at the warehouse and project sites to support construction and installation timelines
- Ensure all shipments comply with safety procedures and company standards
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment
