Job Requirements
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
- demonstrated ability to support operations and perform administrative work
- ability to travel up to 10%
- demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- willingness to learn new tasks and support the team
- ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- capability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
- demonstrated ability to support operations and perform administrative work
- ability to travel up to 10%
- demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- associate degree or higher in business, administration, office technology or related field preferred
- up to one year of related administrative or logistical experience preferred
- experience with software such as Adobe Acrobat Professional preferred
- previous administrative assistant or related job experience in project-based industries preferred
- experience supporting marketing-related activities preferred
- previous field-based experience preferred
- excellent communication, multi-tasking, and interpersonal skills
- ability to write and communicate clearly
- strong customer service approach and problem-solving skills
Job Duties
- Support project logistics for project/task managers regarding project needs
- assist with preparation of and updates to project schedules
- coordinate and schedule staff for fieldwork
- arrange travel, vehicles, equipment, and supplies for staff
- collect safety forms and expense receipts, assist staff with expense reporting
- support health and safety compliance tasks, schedule training courses, and prepare monthly reporting
- help track office inventory, maintenance, organization, and billing of field data and safety equipment including technology asset management
- help manage and organize safety gear, secure travel, outgoing and incoming forms and data, track expenditures and reconcile billing
- help manage a fleet of company-owned and rental vehicles and coordinate vehicle maintenance and repairs as needed
