Job Description
The Austin Disaster Relief Network (ADRN) is a coordinated network of relief, recovery, and rebuilding resources dedicated to assisting communities in Central Texas affected by disasters. Established to provide rapid, organized response during emergencies, ADRN collaborates with various local partners, volunteers, and organizations to maximize the impact of relief efforts. Most recently, on July 4, 2025, Central Texas experienced severe flooding that devastated multiple communities, prompting a swift response from ADRN to support survivors by mobilizing resources and providing emergency aid.

Job Requirements
- authorized to work in the United States under federal requirements
- able to lift 40+ lbs
- available for a temporary term of approximately 1 to 2 months
- able to work in a physical and fast-paced warehouse environment
- proficient in basic computer usage
Job Qualifications
- strong organizational and multitasking ability
- basic computer and inventory system proficiency
- comfortable with manual labor
- forklift operation certification preferred
- supervisory experience a plus
Job Duties
- oversee the intake, sorting, storage, and release of donated goods and emergency supplies
- maintain accurate inventory and coordinate updates with the logistics team
- supervise warehouse volunteers and assign daily tasks
- ensure facility organization, cleanliness, and compliance with safety protocols
- coordinate outbound deliveries to relief sites and partner organizations
