Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, business, engineering, or related field
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time for site visits
  • Eligible to work in the United States without the need for employer visa sponsorship now or in the future
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Power BI
  • Python or other programming language a plus

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, business, engineering, or related field
  • 1+ years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, transportation management, or a related field
  • Excellent verbal, writing, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage deliverables for multiple projects at a time
  • Familiarity with trucking, warehousing, risk management, insurance claims, and cargo security
  • Experience in logistics or supply chain within the renewable energy, construction, or project cargo industries
  • Desire to work in a dynamic environment alongside individuals with diverse interests and backgrounds

Job Duties

  • Coordinate with project teams, suppliers, and carriers to schedule and execute deliveries to warehouses or project sites
  • Request and analyze transportation and warehousing quotes from vendors
  • Track shipment schedules and maintain tracking reports to identify freight expenditure, delivery timelines, and vendor performance
  • Manage logistics databases to support internal stakeholders
  • Maintain relationships with 3PLs, freight forwarders, and trucking companies to optimize delivery schedules in accordance with project requirements
  • Communicate delivery status in real-time, manage equipment receiving, inventory status, and provide updates throughout the organization
  • Monitor import shipments, coordinate customs clearance, and cargo delivery
  • Support other projects as assigned
