Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, business, engineering, or related field
- Ability to travel up to 20% of the time for site visits
- Eligible to work in the United States without the need for employer visa sponsorship now or in the future
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Power BI
- Python or other programming language a plus
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, business, engineering, or related field
- 1+ years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, transportation management, or a related field
- Excellent verbal, writing, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and manage deliverables for multiple projects at a time
- Familiarity with trucking, warehousing, risk management, insurance claims, and cargo security
- Experience in logistics or supply chain within the renewable energy, construction, or project cargo industries
- Desire to work in a dynamic environment alongside individuals with diverse interests and backgrounds
Job Duties
- Coordinate with project teams, suppliers, and carriers to schedule and execute deliveries to warehouses or project sites
- Request and analyze transportation and warehousing quotes from vendors
- Track shipment schedules and maintain tracking reports to identify freight expenditure, delivery timelines, and vendor performance
- Manage logistics databases to support internal stakeholders
- Maintain relationships with 3PLs, freight forwarders, and trucking companies to optimize delivery schedules in accordance with project requirements
- Communicate delivery status in real-time, manage equipment receiving, inventory status, and provide updates throughout the organization
- Monitor import shipments, coordinate customs clearance, and cargo delivery
- Support other projects as assigned
