Job Requirements
- 4+ years experience in 3PL warehouse environment
- 2+ years experience supervising teams and projects in a 3PL warehouse environment
- Experience supervising shipping, receiving, picking, packing, and distribution operations
- Experience communicating with customers
- Experience using labor management tools and reports
- Intermediate experience in MS Office products
- Ability to work in warehouse environment around machinery and moving parts
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Softeon WMS experience is a plus
Job Qualifications
- 4+ years experience in 3PL warehouse environment
- 2+ years experience supervising teams and projects in a 3PL warehouse environment
- Experience supervising shipping, receiving, picking, packing, and distribution operations
- Experience communicating with customers
- Experience using labor management tools and reports
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Office products including Outlook, Excel, Word
- Experience with Softeon WMS is a plus
Job Duties
- Overseeing all aspects of assigned client accounts within the facility from end-to-end
- Directing assigned staff to complete tasks within various warehouse departments including receiving, inventory, putaway, picking, packing, shipping, quality control, and other operations
- Managing inventory of assigned client product and running daily cycle counts
- Leading daily team huddles to update staff on daily tasks, orders, priorities, challenges, and successes
- Delegating tasks within the warehouse to team leads for scalable workload distribution
- Completing human resources administrative tasks such as time off and performance management as instructed by supervisors
- Communicating with local staffing agencies about temporary staff needs with supervisory approval
- Monitoring staffing needs and participating in recruitment, hiring, or termination processes
- Regularly communicating with assigned clients and resolving operational issues
- Using client forecasts to identify staffing and resource needs
- Participating in regular review meetings with clients
- Communicating client needs and updates to logistics teams
- Monitoring performance and productivity metrics to ensure company standards are met
- Reviewing labor management reports for staffing cost alignment
- Enforcing corporate policies and OSHA safety standards
- Performing additional duties as assigned
