Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business, or related field
  • five to seven years of logistics experience supporting government or DoD programs
  • active U.S. Secret clearance
  • U.S. citizenship
  • ability to travel up to 10% OCONUS
  • willingness to work rotating shifts including nights and weekends as required
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, MS Teams
  • strong written and verbal communication skills
  • ability to manage multiple logistics tasks under tight deadlines

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business, or related field
  • five to seven years of logistics experience supporting government or DoD programs
  • active U.S. Secret clearance
  • experience managing international shipping operations and customs clearance
  • familiarity with MEL management, EPSP development, and sustainment logistics
  • strong vendor coordination and shipment tracking skills
  • prior logistics experience supporting DTRA or related USG programs
  • knowledge of U.S. import/export controls and Defense Transportation Regulations
  • proficiency with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, MS Teams, and virtual team collaboration tools
  • strong written and verbal communication skills including report and technical writing
  • effective time management and ability to work independently and within teams

Job Duties

  • Developing and executing equipment procurement and shipment plans
  • coordinating with vendors, freight forwarders, and customs brokers
  • maintaining MEL-linked asset tracking and sustainment records
  • supporting facility setup logistics, event materials deployment, and post-delivery sustainment planning
  • managing shipment milestones, risk tracking, and ODC accountability
