Job Requirements
- bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in logistics or related field
- prior experience in logistics coordination
- familiarity with warehouse operations and inventory management
- proficiency in Salesforce and Shopify preferred
- strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- excellent communication skills
- ability to work effectively in a dynamic team environment
Job Qualifications
- bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related field or equivalent work experience
- proven experience in logistics coordination preferably in a fast-paced environment
- familiarity with warehouse operations including inventory management and order fulfillment
- proficiency with Salesforce and Shopify or similar sales platforms highly desirable
- excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with teams, suppliers, and freight forwarders
- ability to adapt to changing circumstances and thrive in a team-oriented environment
Job Duties
- coordinate logistics operations supporting inventory management and order fulfillment
- collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely product delivery
- implement and maintain inventory management systems
- conduct regular audits to ensure inventory accuracy and resolve discrepancies
- integrate logistics processes with sales platforms like Salesforce and Shopify
- track orders, shipments, and inventory
- identify and resolve logistics issues such as delays, damages, or shipment errors
- work closely with internal teams and external partners to develop solutions and prevent future problems
