Job Requirements

  • bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in logistics or related field
  • prior experience in logistics coordination
  • familiarity with warehouse operations and inventory management
  • proficiency in Salesforce and Shopify preferred
  • strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to work effectively in a dynamic team environment

Job Qualifications

  • bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related field or equivalent work experience
  • proven experience in logistics coordination preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • familiarity with warehouse operations including inventory management and order fulfillment
  • proficiency with Salesforce and Shopify or similar sales platforms highly desirable
  • excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
  • effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with teams, suppliers, and freight forwarders
  • ability to adapt to changing circumstances and thrive in a team-oriented environment

Job Duties

  • coordinate logistics operations supporting inventory management and order fulfillment
  • collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely product delivery
  • implement and maintain inventory management systems
  • conduct regular audits to ensure inventory accuracy and resolve discrepancies
  • integrate logistics processes with sales platforms like Salesforce and Shopify
  • track orders, shipments, and inventory
  • identify and resolve logistics issues such as delays, damages, or shipment errors
  • work closely with internal teams and external partners to develop solutions and prevent future problems
