Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related field or equivalent work experience
- Proven experience in logistics coordination preferably within a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with warehouse operations including inventory management and order fulfillment
- Proficiency in Salesforce and Shopify or similar sales platforms highly desirable
- Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and thrive in a dynamic, team-oriented environment

Job Duties
- Coordinate logistics operations supporting end-to-end processes including inventory management and order fulfillment
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products to customers
- Implement and maintain effective inventory management systems optimizing stock levels and minimizing shortages or excesses
- Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies
- Ensure seamless integration of logistics with sales platforms such as Salesforce and Shopify tracking orders, shipments, and inventory
- Proactively identify and resolve logistics issues including delays, damages, or shipment errors
- Work closely with internal teams and external partners to develop solutions preventing future logistics problems
