Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
ability to work flexible shifts including overnight
willingness to undergo TSA and Massport security clearance
reliable transportation or ability to coordinate assigned transportation
ability to commute to Boston, MA
willingness to relocate if required

Job Qualifications

high school diploma or equivalent
previous customer service experience preferred
ability to work flexible shifts including overnight
strong communication and interpersonal skills
basic math and cash handling skills
willingness to undergo TSA and Massport security clearance process

Job Duties

engage with customers to provide excellent service
operate point-of-sale systems accurately
maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales area
assist with stocking and inventory management
comply with TSA and Massport security requirements including badge acquisition
support team members and management as needed
follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
