Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- must pass a background check and drug screening test
- ability to obtain a gaming license
- must secure Oklahoma ABLE permit and local Food Handler's permit upon hire
- capable of standing for prolonged periods
- able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
- willingness to work varying schedules including weekends, holidays, and peak seasons
- ability to follow detailed procedures and comply with all casino and regulatory policies
- maintain a neat and clean personal appearance per uniform standards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous bartending or hospitality experience preferred
- ability to actively listen and communicate clearly both verbally and in writing
- familiarity with point-of-sale systems and standard bar equipment
- knowledge of safety and sanitation regulations
- ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- strong interpersonal skills to interact with diverse guests and team members
- ability to uphold confidentiality and demonstrate ethical work behavior
- teamwork and collaboration skills
- adaptability to varying work schedules and duties
Job Duties
- Portray a positive attitude under all circumstances and represent the core values of Apache Casino Hotel
- mix and serve alcoholic and/or non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and procedures
- accept cash, credit cards, or complimentary vouchers for payment of restaurant items
- ensure appearance of bar is maintained in a clean and functional manner
- notify appropriate team members when assistance is needed
- work effectively in a congenial manner with peers, team members, and regulatory agency personnel
- follow all operating procedures, safety and sanitation regulations and departmental procedures
- perform other related duties as assigned including cross training
- understand and comply with the Eye, Hi, Goodbye program
- maintain regular attendance
- work varying schedules based on business needs including weekends, holidays, events, and peak seasons
