Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- one year of bartending experience in a full-service environment
- knowledge of and ability to operate point of sale and liquor dispensing systems
- ability to prepare and serve alcoholic beverages safely following all policies and regulations
- experience in food and beverage sanitation and cash control
- strong communication skills
- ability to obtain needed licenses including Oklahoma ABLE license
- pass a background check
- pass a drug screening test
- obtain gaming license
- obtain local Food Handler's permit
- regular attendance
- ability to work flexible schedules including weekends, holidays, and events
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- one year experience as a full-service bartender with proven outstanding guest relations
- experience using point of sale and liquor dispensing systems
- knowledge, skill, and ability to work with personal computers and credit card systems
- skills to safely prepare and serve alcoholic beverages in accordance with internal policies and external regulations and/or laws
- experience with players club card systems preferred
- experienced in food and beverage sanitation, cash control policies, practices, and protocols
- strong oral and written communication skills
- ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
- ability to obtain an Oklahoma ABLE license
Job Duties

- understand and represent the core values of Apache Casino Hotel and live the mission of always providing exceptional service
- responsible for mixing and serving alcoholic and/or non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and procedures
- accept cash, credit cards, or complimentary vouchers for payment of restaurant items
- ensure appearance of bar is maintained in a clean and functional manner
- notify appropriate team members when assistance is needed
- work effectively in a congenial manner with peers, team members, and regulatory agency personnel
- follow all operating procedures, safety and sanitation regulations and departmental procedures
- perform other related duties as may be assigned by reporting supervisor, including cross training
- understand and comply with the Eye, Hi, Goodbye program
- regular attendance is required
- work varying schedules to meet the business needs during weekends, holidays, events, and peak seasons
