Job Requirements
- Candidate must reside or relocate to Northern Colorado
- Ability to work 16 to 30 hours per week with increased hours in spring and summer
- Availability from ASAP through end of August
- Hourly wage expectations between $15 and $18 based on experience
- Capability to communicate professionally via email and phone
- Competency with spreadsheet software such as Google Sheets or Excel
- Ability to organize tasks, meet deadlines, and provide progress updates
- Willingness to receive and apply feedback
- Handle sensitive payment information with discretion
Job Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Professional communication skills including email and phone
- Comfort working in spreadsheets using Google Sheets or Excel
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow deadlines
- Coachable mindset and openness to feedback
- Reliability and discretion handling sensitive payment-related information
- Experience with customer service, operations, or administrative support (preferred)
- Experience creating or maintaining trackers and spreadsheets (preferred)
Job Duties
- Receive daily assignments through a to do email and manage priorities with your supervisor
- Monitor email inboxes and respond to messages in a timely manner
- Update and maintain trackers and spreadsheets and create new ones as needed
- Make phone calls as assigned such as confirmations, follow-ups, and information gathering
- Update lodging-related details such as names, dates, credit card information
- Assist with reconciliation of credit card charges and related documentation
- Support additional projects as assigned by the lodging team
