Job Requirements

- experience includes paid unpaid and volunteer work
- resume must clearly describe relevant experience
- baccalaureate degree or higher may substitute for two years experience
- no substitution of education for assistant lodging manager experience
- foreign education must be equivalent to us standards

- ability to manage operations in military or commercial hotel settings
Job Qualifications
- four years experience in hospitality including two years at assistant lodging manager level
- baccalaureate degree or higher in hotel management hospitality or business may substitute for two years hospitality experience
- certified hospitality administrator or certified rooms division executive highly desired
- experience with facility management and renovation
- proven leadership and staff management skills
Job Duties
- oversee daily hotel operations ensuring economic soundness of program operations
- implement uniform accounting and supply procedures
- manage facility maintenance and coordinate renovations
- supervise and manage hotel staff
- maintain compliance with military and hospitality standards
- prepare and manage budgets
- liaise with military and civilian personnel to ensure service excellence
