Job Requirements
- Experience in hospitality including assistant lodging manager level
- Ability to manage daily hotel operations and staff
- Knowledge of accounting and supply procedures
- Capability to oversee facility management and renovations
- Must provide proof of eligibility by application closing date
- Open to all applicants including veterans and preference eligibilities
- Education from foreign institutions must be equivalent to U.S. standards
Job Qualifications
- Four years' experience in hospitality
- Minimum two years at assistant lodging manager level in military or commercial hotel
- Certified Hospitality Administrator or Certified Rooms Division Executive is highly desired
- Baccalaureate degree or higher in hotel management, hospitality, or business preferred
- Proven ability to manage staff and facility operations
- Effective communication and leadership skills
Job Duties
- Manage daily hotel operations ensuring economic soundness of program operations
- Oversee uniform accounting and supply procedures
- Coordinate facility management and renovations
- Supervise and manage lodging staff
- Ensure compliance with military lodging standards
- Maintain high levels of guest satisfaction
- Prepare operational reports and analyses
