Job Requirements
- eligible to work in the U.S.
- able to perform the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation
- pass a pre-employment background investigation including a Georgia criminal records search
- pass a pre-employment drug test
- pass a post-employment federal background investigation including a national criminal records search
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or GED
- six months of full-time work experience providing customer support or technical assistance
- minimum of six months of work experience in commercial housekeeping preferred
- basic computer skills a plus
- ability to interact well with customers
- strong organizational skills
- attention to detail
Job Duties
- register guest by phone or in person
- manage guest service requests
- issue extra linens
- keep front desk area and lobby clean
- process cash or credit card payments
- update the reservation system including cancellations and early departures
- sweep and mop floors
- vacuum carpets, dust and polish furniture
- clean metal fixtures
- empty and clean trash containers
- clean sinks, toilets, mirrors, and showers
- wipe down glass surfaces
- make up beds, change linens and towels
- maintain cleaning carts
- operate commercial washer and dryer
- collect and distribute linens
- wash, dry, fold, stack and store linens, towels, washcloths, and bath mats
- maintain laundry rooms and storage rooms
