Job Duties
- Check guests in and out of overnight accommodations
- assist with daily operation of the reservations desk
- receive and process reservations in person, by phone, or electronically
- register and check in guests upon arrival
- interact with guests in a welcoming and hospitable manner
- complete end of shift reports
- operate RoomMaster property management system
