Job Requirements
- Must be able to lift a tray up to 25 lbs
- must be literate and fluent in English
- high school diploma or equivalent work experience
- one year experience as a server in a high-volume food and beverage department
- obtain and maintain current TIPS certification
- identification that establishes identity
- identification that establishes the right to work in the United States

- knowledge of InfoGenesis computer program is a plus
Job Duties
- Keep side areas properly stocked
- knowledge of the menu items/service items
- proper handling and sanitary procedures of food
- maintain a clean and safe work environment
- assist in other areas on an as needed basis
- comply with Colorado Limited Gaming Act, Colorado Gaming Rules and Regulations, Colorado Internal Control Minimum Procedures, Colorado Liquor and Beer Codes, Federal Anti-Money Laundering requirements, Company Policies, and IRS reporting
- other related duties as assigned
