Job Requirements
- must be able to lift a tray up to 25 lbs
- must be literate and fluent in English
- high school diploma or equivalent work experience
- 1 year experience as a server in a high-volume food and beverage department
- obtain and maintain current TIPS certification
- identification that establishes identity
- identification that establishes the right to work in the United States

- knowledge of InfoGenesis computer program a plus

Job Duties
- keep side areas properly stocked
- knowledge of the menu items/service items
- proper handling and sanitary procedures of food
- maintain a clean and safe work environment
- to assist in other areas on an as needed basis
- comply with Colorado Limited Gaming Act, Colorado Gaming Rules and Regulations, Colorado Internal Control Minimum Procedures, Colorado Liquor and Beer Codes, Federal requirements for Anti-Money Laundering, Company Policies, and IRS reporting
- other related duties
