Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent work experience
- Customer service experience
- Knowledge of gaming industry preferred
- Must possess a valid Colorado Gaming Support License
- Identification that establishes identity
- Identification that establishes the right to work in the United States

- Excellent guest service skills utilizing creative methods to ensure complete satisfaction
Job Duties
- Maintain a highly visible presence on the casino floor to ensure the comfort of each player
- Conduct follow up calls to guests to confirm presence at events/promotions
- Assist in escalation to resolve any problem or perceived inconvenience to ensure guest satisfaction
- Provide and post content for the casino's various social media accounts
- Offer and enroll New Member Loyalty Cards while working the casino floor
- Keep Executive Host informed of any potential high limit play in action
- Assist in VIP promo and event execution
- Be familiar with all current and upcoming special events, promotions, entertainment as well as all casino activities
- Perform various administrative duties with recording and reporting on various events and new card sign ups
- Communicate with Executive Host regarding inquiries of coded players
- Respond to Slot Casino Marketing efforts in real time mobile
- Answer and respond to incoming calls on phone and radio
- Comply with Colorado Limited Gaming Act, Colorado Gaming Rules and Regulations, Colorado Internal Control Minimum Procedures, Colorado Liquor and Beer Codes, Federal requirements for Anti-Money Laundering, Company Policies, and IRS reporting
