Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. preferred
  • One year security operations experience helpful
  • Intermediate reading and writing skills
  • Knowledge of Colorado Gaming regulations
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid/AED certifications and TIPS certification
  • Must possess a valid Colorado Driver License
  • Must possess a valid Colorado Gaming License
  • Identification that establishes identity
  • Identification that establishes the right to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Protect casino assets including blackjack fills, slot support, BV drop, BJ/Poker drop, kiosk drop and emergency and final drops
  • Respond to events in the casino including medical situations and other guest needs
  • Write and prepare guest and employee incident reports as necessary
  • Respond to general support needs such as employee or guest escort, hotel issues, lost and found inquiries, employee injuries and safety issues
  • Provide security for funds transported within the casino
  • Prepare first report of injury (employee injuries)
  • Respond to valet accidents as needed
  • Check IDs
  • Patrol the property/grounds routinely
  • Support management for intoxicated guests
  • Comply with Colorado Limited Gaming Act, Colorado Gaming Rules and Regulations, Colorado Internal Control Minimum Procedures, Colorado Liquor and Beer Codes, Federal requirements for Anti-Money Laundering, Company Policies, and IRS reporting
