Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience managing a team in a transportation or related industry
  • strong communication and leadership skills
  • knowledge of vehicle maintenance and safety regulations
  • availability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts
  • ability to spend 50-75 percent of scheduled time in the field depending on location size
  • adherence to company policies and protocols
  • ability to complete required paperwork timely

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • proven leadership experience in a transportation or logistics environment
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to manage and motivate a team
  • knowledge of vehicle maintenance and safety protocols
  • excellent organizational and scheduling skills
  • familiarity with airline crew transportation operations preferred

Job Duties

  • lead and inspire the team of drivers providing clear direction and support
  • coach and develop drivers through team-building, coaching, and feedback
  • assist in minimizing overtime and contribute to efficient station operations
  • support the Station Manager with recruitment, training, and performance management
  • oversee fleet maintenance including daily inspections and scheduling repairs
  • promote safety culture by conducting audits and leading safety meetings
  • manage local permits and vehicle registrations and communicate with finance for renewals
