Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience managing a team in a transportation or related industry
- strong communication and leadership skills
- knowledge of vehicle maintenance and safety regulations
- availability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts
- ability to spend 50-75 percent of scheduled time in the field depending on location size
- adherence to company policies and protocols
- ability to complete required paperwork timely
Job Qualifications

- proven leadership experience in a transportation or logistics environment
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to manage and motivate a team
- knowledge of vehicle maintenance and safety protocols
- excellent organizational and scheduling skills
- familiarity with airline crew transportation operations preferred
Job Duties
- lead and inspire the team of drivers providing clear direction and support
- coach and develop drivers through team-building, coaching, and feedback
- assist in minimizing overtime and contribute to efficient station operations
- support the Station Manager with recruitment, training, and performance management
- oversee fleet maintenance including daily inspections and scheduling repairs
- promote safety culture by conducting audits and leading safety meetings
- manage local permits and vehicle registrations and communicate with finance for renewals
