Job Requirements
- Must be 21+ years old
- possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- native or highly proficient fluency in English and a designated target language
- pass a third-party language proficiency examination
- hold a valid passport with unrestricted global travel access
- able to work flexible schedules including international trips, weekends, and holidays
- must be a local candidate based in Omaha, NE

- ability to pass a rigorous third-party language proficiency examination
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to handle emergency situations calmly and effectively
- customer service experience preferred but not required
- flexibility to work varying schedules including multi-day international trips, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Make in-flight public address announcements in your designated language, translating critical safety instructions and service offerings accurately
- provide culturally attuned customer service understanding the unique customs and expectations of passengers traveling to and from your language's native region
- assist passengers with completing complex international arrival documents, customs declarations, and immigration forms
- provide rapid and precise translation during in-flight medical emergencies, security issues, or irregular operations
- execute all standard pre-flight, in-flight, and post-flight duties including securing the cabin, deploying emergency equipment, and executing premium meal services in Delta One cabins
- support onboard team to ensure passenger safety and comfort
- adhere to all airline regulations and safety procedures
