Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • at least 3 years of supervisory or management experience in hospitality or wellness industry
  • flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • ability to manage and motivate a team
  • knowledge of health safety and sanitation guidelines
  • ability to maintain cleanliness and organization
  • experience with inventory management
  • customer service oriented
  • capable of handling stressful situations
  • ability to respond to multiple task interruptions
  • physical ability to stand for extended periods
  • physical ability to work in sitting position for extended periods
  • capable of lifting and carrying heavy objects occasionally

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • preferred bachelor’s degree
  • at least 3 years of supervisory or management role in the hospitality or wellness industry with a focus on customer service
  • flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays as needed
  • strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team

Job Duties

  • work closely with the general management team to establish and maintain customer service standards ensuring that they are consistently met and exceeded
  • lead and inspire the operations team to deliver exceptional service providing guidance support and ongoing training as needed
  • monitor guest feedback and satisfaction levels addressing any issues or concerns promptly and effectively
  • collaborate with other departments including spa services and facilities to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of services
  • maintain a welcoming and inviting atmosphere throughout the spa ensuring that cleanliness ambiance and overall presentation meet company standards
  • manage scheduling and staffing levels to optimize service and maintain cost efficiency
  • implement and enforce company policies and procedures including health safety and sanitation guidelines
  • manage day-to-day operations of the womens locker room including cleanliness safety and maintenance
  • ensure that female locker room attendants provide exceptional customer service to female members and guests
  • train and develop female locker room attendants to provide outstanding customer service and maintain the locker room facilities
  • manage a team of female locker room attendants including scheduling performance management and training
  • develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure that the locker room operates efficiently and effectively for female members and guests
  • ensure that all locker room equipment is properly maintained and repaired as needed
  • manage inventory of locker room supplies including towels toiletries and cleaning supplies ensuring that they meet the needs of female members and guests
  • ensure that employees are providing a safe environment for patrons
  • perform other duties as assigned by upper management
