Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- at least 3 years of supervisory or management experience in hospitality or wellness industry
- flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays
- strong leadership and communication skills
- ability to manage and motivate a team
- knowledge of health safety and sanitation guidelines
- ability to maintain cleanliness and organization
- experience with inventory management

Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- preferred bachelor’s degree
- at least 3 years of supervisory or management role in the hospitality or wellness industry with a focus on customer service
- flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays as needed
- strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
Job Duties
- work closely with the general management team to establish and maintain customer service standards ensuring that they are consistently met and exceeded
- lead and inspire the operations team to deliver exceptional service providing guidance support and ongoing training as needed
- monitor guest feedback and satisfaction levels addressing any issues or concerns promptly and effectively
- collaborate with other departments including spa services and facilities to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of services
- maintain a welcoming and inviting atmosphere throughout the spa ensuring that cleanliness ambiance and overall presentation meet company standards
- manage scheduling and staffing levels to optimize service and maintain cost efficiency
- implement and enforce company policies and procedures including health safety and sanitation guidelines
- manage day-to-day operations of the womens locker room including cleanliness safety and maintenance
- ensure that female locker room attendants provide exceptional customer service to female members and guests
- train and develop female locker room attendants to provide outstanding customer service and maintain the locker room facilities
- manage a team of female locker room attendants including scheduling performance management and training
- develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure that the locker room operates efficiently and effectively for female members and guests
- ensure that all locker room equipment is properly maintained and repaired as needed
- manage inventory of locker room supplies including towels toiletries and cleaning supplies ensuring that they meet the needs of female members and guests
- ensure that employees are providing a safe environment for patrons
- perform other duties as assigned by upper management
