Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • ability to stand, walk, lift, bend, and perform physically demanding tasks
  • must possess strong interpersonal skills
  • previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
  • ability to interact professionally with members and guests
  • flexible and team-oriented mindset

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or at a golf or private club is a plus
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • friendly, outgoing, guest-focused attitude
  • ability to anticipate member needs
  • ability to perform physical tasks associated with locker room duties

Job Duties

  • Washes restroom floor
  • wipes mirrors and walls
  • cleans basins, lavatories and showers
  • restock supplies such as tissue, toilet paper, towels, soap, shampoo, razors, after shave lotion
  • performs personal services such as shines shoes, brushes clothes, adjusts mirrors, replaces golf shoe spikes
  • provides for the safety and security of all members' and guests' personal property
  • maintains inventory of supplies
  • transports towels to and from laundry area
  • issues lockers, keys, towels to members and guests as needed
  • maintains a list of occupied lockers and provides a billing list to the accounting department
  • serves beverages and food to members and guests as needed
  • cleans and empties garbage cans and baskets
  • takes and delivers phone messages for members and guests
  • changes light bulbs
  • empties waste baskets
  • cleans and maintains hot tub, sauna area and other special facilities and equipment in locker room
  • maintains coffee and beverages and supplies, makes coffee, cleans beverage area as needed
  • attends staff meetings
  • completes other assignments made by the facilities director
