Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- ability to stand, walk, lift, bend, and perform physically demanding tasks
- must possess strong interpersonal skills
- previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
- ability to interact professionally with members and guests
- flexible and team-oriented mindset
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or at a golf or private club is a plus
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- friendly, outgoing, guest-focused attitude
- ability to anticipate member needs
- ability to perform physical tasks associated with locker room duties
Job Duties
- Washes restroom floor
- wipes mirrors and walls
- cleans basins, lavatories and showers
- restock supplies such as tissue, toilet paper, towels, soap, shampoo, razors, after shave lotion
- performs personal services such as shines shoes, brushes clothes, adjusts mirrors, replaces golf shoe spikes
- provides for the safety and security of all members' and guests' personal property
- maintains inventory of supplies
- transports towels to and from laundry area
- issues lockers, keys, towels to members and guests as needed
- maintains a list of occupied lockers and provides a billing list to the accounting department
- serves beverages and food to members and guests as needed
- cleans and empties garbage cans and baskets
- takes and delivers phone messages for members and guests
- changes light bulbs
- empties waste baskets
- cleans and maintains hot tub, sauna area and other special facilities and equipment in locker room
- maintains coffee and beverages and supplies, makes coffee, cleans beverage area as needed
- attends staff meetings
- completes other assignments made by the facilities director
