Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in hospitality or customer service
  • Experience with shoe care and shining preferred
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Strong communication skills
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality

Job Qualifications

  • Prior experience in hospitality, luxury clubs, or high-end service environments preferred
  • Shoe care or shoe shining experience strongly desired
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong work ethic
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
  • Friendly, service-oriented demeanor with strong communication skills
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks related to cleaning and shoe care

Job Duties

  • Greet and assist members and guests with professionalism and discretion
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the men’s locker room, restroom, showers, and lounge areas
  • Provide expert shoe care, including cleaning, polishing, shining, and minor repairs
  • Manage towel and laundry service including collecting, washing, drying, folding, and restocking
  • Maintain and restock all locker room amenities, including toiletries, beverages, and supplies
  • Assist members with locker assignments, nameplates, and personal items
  • Monitor supply inventory and communicate replenishment needs to management
  • Ensure all areas meet the Club's cleanliness and service standards at all times
  • Report maintenance issues or safety concerns promptly
