Job Requirements

- Prior experience in hospitality or customer service
- Experience with shoe care and shining preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Strong communication skills

- Shoe care or shoe shining experience strongly desired

- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks related to cleaning and shoe care
Job Duties
- Greet and assist members and guests with professionalism and discretion
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the men’s locker room, restroom, showers, and lounge areas
- Provide expert shoe care, including cleaning, polishing, shining, and minor repairs
- Manage towel and laundry service including collecting, washing, drying, folding, and restocking
- Maintain and restock all locker room amenities, including toiletries, beverages, and supplies
- Assist members with locker assignments, nameplates, and personal items
- Monitor supply inventory and communicate replenishment needs to management
- Ensure all areas meet the Club's cleanliness and service standards at all times
- Report maintenance issues or safety concerns promptly
