Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift and move equipment safely
- Flexibility to work part-time hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable transportation to multiple locations
- Prior experience in a related role preferred
- Strong communication skills

Job Duties
- Assist on the bench during games, ensuring players have all necessary equipment and supplies, and that the court area is maintained between plays
- Keep the locker room and surrounding areas clean, organized, and hazard-free before, during, and after games
- Provide exceptional service to players, coaches, and staff by responding promptly and professionally to requests or concerns
- Work closely with the Equipment Manager and Manager of Basketball Operations to manage inventory, restock supplies, and address facility needs
- Prepare the locker room for practices and games, stocking towels, water, sports drinks, uniforms, and other essentials
- Assist with laundering, folding, and organizing player uniforms, practice gear, and other items as directed
- Proactively identify and address potential safety or maintenance issues to ensure a professional and secure environment
- Maintain strong communication with staff to support smooth daily operations and uphold organizational standards
