Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to stand for extended periods
Ability to lift and move equipment safely
Flexibility to work part-time hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
Reliable transportation to multiple locations
Prior experience in a related role preferred
Strong communication skills

Job Qualifications

Prior experience in facilities, equipment management, or athletics support preferred
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled for games and events
Must demonstrate discretion and professionalism at all times

Job Duties

Assist on the bench during games, ensuring players have all necessary equipment and supplies, and that the court area is maintained between plays
Keep the locker room and surrounding areas clean, organized, and hazard-free before, during, and after games
Provide exceptional service to players, coaches, and staff by responding promptly and professionally to requests or concerns
Work closely with the Equipment Manager and Manager of Basketball Operations to manage inventory, restock supplies, and address facility needs
Prepare the locker room for practices and games, stocking towels, water, sports drinks, uniforms, and other essentials
Assist with laundering, folding, and organizing player uniforms, practice gear, and other items as directed
Proactively identify and address potential safety or maintenance issues to ensure a professional and secure environment
Maintain strong communication with staff to support smooth daily operations and uphold organizational standards
