Job Duties

  • Assist on the bench during games ensuring players have all necessary equipment and supplies and the court area is maintained between plays
  • Keep the locker room and surrounding areas clean organized and hazard-free before during and after games
  • Provide exceptional service to players coaches and staff by responding promptly and professionally to requests or concerns
  • Work closely with the Equipment Manager and Manager of Basketball Operations to manage inventory restock supplies and address facility needs
  • Prepare the locker room for practices and games stocking towels water sports drinks uniforms and other essentials
  • Assist with laundering folding and organizing player uniforms practice gear and other items as directed
  • Proactively identify and address potential safety or maintenance issues to ensure a professional and secure environment
  • Maintain strong communication with staff to support smooth daily operations and uphold organizational standards
