Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in housekeeping, maintenance or related role
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with diverse populations
- Ability to obtain CPR/AED and First Aid certifications if required
- Ability to work Monday through Friday, 1pm to 9:30pm
- Physical ability to perform cleaning and maintenance tasks
- Must be dependable and punctual
Job Qualifications
- Prior experience in housekeeping, maintenance or a related field
- Ability to speak, engage and interact professionally with members, guests and your team
- Ability to obtain CPR/AED and First Aid certifications if applicable (company reimbursement provided)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization in high-traffic areas
- Willingness to work scheduled shift hours consistently
- Commitment to following health and safety protocols
Job Duties
- Work in a positive and collaborative manner with members and your team
- Greet members and guests as they enter the facility
- Ensure that all locker room and restroom areas are clean, well-stocked and presentable at all times
- Provide general upkeep for all areas of the facilities
- Follow established health and safety guidelines
- Interact professionally and courteously with members and guests
- Assist with maintaining facility standards throughout the shift
