Job Requirements

  • a minimum of 2 years of experience in the food and beverage industry restaurant or private club setting
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Job Duties

  • Supervise daily cleaning operations ensuring locker room attendants meet cleanliness and maintenance standards
  • conduct regular inspections of locker room facilities to identify and address maintenance or repair needs promptly
  • ensure all daily tasks including restocking supplies and updating marketing materials are completed according to club standards
  • oversee inventory management of towels toiletries and cleaning supplies placing orders as needed
  • collaborate with purchasing department to manage inventory cost-effectively while maintaining quality standards
  • schedule train and supervise locker room attendants ensuring top-tier service and professional conduct
  • monitor staff performance providing feedback coaching and corrective actions
  • maintain a visible and approachable presence in the locker rooms addressing member and guest needs promptly
  • assist others as needed and take on additional tasks as assigned by management
  • follow all company club and department policies procedures and instructions
  • represent the company management team by supporting and enforcing policies with ethics and integrity
  • maintain professionalism and commitment to excellence in interactions
  • promote and follow safe working practices ensuring compliance with safety guidelines
  • take initiative in personal and professional growth maintaining required certifications
  • address and resolve challenges using available resources working with regional and corporate teams
  • support overall team efficiency by collaborating and contributing to club goals
