Job Duties
- Supervise daily cleaning operations ensuring locker room attendants meet cleanliness and maintenance standards
- conduct regular inspections of locker room facilities to identify and address maintenance or repair needs promptly
- ensure all daily tasks including restocking supplies and updating marketing materials are completed according to club standards
- oversee inventory management of towels toiletries and cleaning supplies placing orders as needed
- collaborate with purchasing department to manage inventory cost-effectively while maintaining quality standards
- schedule train and supervise locker room attendants ensuring top-tier service and professional conduct
- monitor staff performance providing feedback coaching and corrective actions
- maintain a visible and approachable presence in the locker rooms addressing member and guest needs promptly
- assist others as needed and take on additional tasks as assigned by management
- follow all company club and department policies procedures and instructions
- represent the company management team by supporting and enforcing policies with ethics and integrity
- maintain professionalism and commitment to excellence in interactions
- promote and follow safe working practices ensuring compliance with safety guidelines
- take initiative in personal and professional growth maintaining required certifications
- address and resolve challenges using available resources working with regional and corporate teams
- support overall team efficiency by collaborating and contributing to club goals
