Job Duties
- Deliver outstanding hospitality and personalized service to all members and guests
- anticipate needs, greet individuals by name, and maintain a warm, professional presence throughout the facility
- ensure locker rooms are clean, orderly, stocked, and maintained at all times
- oversee shoe care services including cleaning, polishing, and spike replacement to club standards
- manage locker assignments, member requests, and special accommodations
- maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation across all locker room areas including lounges, restrooms, showers, and vanity spaces
- monitor inventory levels of towels, toiletries, amenities, and supplies, reorder as needed
- ensure laundry operations run smoothly and meet quality expectations
- coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and golf operations for timely issue resolution
- implement and uphold all safety, cleanliness, and service standards
- recruit, train, and supervise locker room attendants and support staff
- develop weekly schedules to ensure adequate coverage including weekends and peak club times
- set clear performance expectations and promote a culture of professionalism and hospitality
- address performance issues promptly and constructively
- build strong rapport with members, learning preferences and anticipating needs
- respond quickly to concerns, requests, and feedback
- communicate effectively with Golf Operations leadership regarding service levels, staffing, and facility conditions
- manage supply budgets and track expenses
- maintain accurate locker records and service logs
- assist with tournament preparation and support for major club events as needed
