Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent certificate
- Womens Locker Room Attendant must be female
- Mens Locker Room Attendant must be male
- Previous guest service experience a plus but not required
- Prior golf course experience a plus but not required
- All team members must maintain a neat, clean and well-groomed appearance suitable for public golf courses (specific standards available)
Job Qualifications
- Must be able to read, understand, and communicate effectively in English
- Basic computer skills
- Must demonstrate exceptional guest service and public relations skills
- General golf knowledge
- Must be able to perform professionally in a high volume, high profile, demanding environment
Job Duties
- Graciously tends the needs of members and guests and anticipates requests
- Creates an environment that facilitates a welcoming, enjoyable golf club experience
- Responsible for keeping the mens locker room and mens restrooms clean, stocked, and fresh at all times
- Attend to other standard daily operations associated with the locker room, including but not necessarily limited to making coffee, ice delivery, maintaining inventory of par stock, etc
- Cleans and repairs shoes for members and guests
- Follows established health and safety compliance
