Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
  • Five to seven years of management experience including full P&L responsibility
  • Experience managing budgets and workforce planning
  • Ability to supervise and direct resources
  • Attendance is an essential function
  • Ability to relocate is required

Job Duties

  • Manage overall operational business of the rental location
  • Hire and develop a high performing team
  • Manage employee performance and provide leadership
  • Resolve customer service issues to maintain high satisfaction
  • Maintain inventory and manage budgets effectively
  • Provide input on location goals and long-range planning
  • Analyze data to ensure production systems and processes function properly daily
