Job Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
- Five to seven years of management experience including full P&L responsibility
- Experience managing budgets and workforce planning
- Ability to supervise and direct resources
- Attendance is an essential function
- Ability to relocate is required

Job Duties
- Manage overall operational business of the rental location
- Hire and develop a high performing team
- Manage employee performance and provide leadership
- Resolve customer service issues to maintain high satisfaction
- Maintain inventory and manage budgets effectively
- Provide input on location goals and long-range planning
- Analyze data to ensure production systems and processes function properly daily
