Job Requirements
- valid driver's license and must be insurable to drive by company standards
- dot medical certification (upon hire)
- ability to pass background checks and drug screen
- demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills
- ability to use road maps, smart phones, and gps devices
- ability to work effectively under pressure and time constraints
- must be able to work in a results-oriented fast-paced environment
- reliable and dependable with self-initiative
Job Qualifications
- must be at least 21 years old
- at least 1+ years of experience (preferably within the industry)
- must have a clean driving record
- ability to pass background screening and insurable by company standards
Job Duties
- operate a 26-foot truck to deliver commercial tires, wheels, and other items
- ensure proper loading/unloading of inventory and ensuring paperwork is correct
- maintain a safe driving record, follow all safety rules/ppe requirements, and conduct thorough pre- and post-trip inspections
- keep truck clean, stocked, and maintained
- support warehouse/service staff with tire handling and equipment use
- communicate effectively with customers and management regarding schedules, delays, violations, accidents, or breakdowns
- demonstrate reliability, professionalism, and adherence to policies and procedures
