Job Requirements

  • valid driver's license and must be insurable to drive by company standards
  • dot medical certification (upon hire)
  • ability to pass background checks and drug screen
  • demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills
  • ability to use road maps, smart phones, and gps devices
  • ability to work effectively under pressure and time constraints
  • must be able to work in a results-oriented fast-paced environment
  • reliable and dependable with self-initiative

Job Qualifications

  • must be at least 21 years old
  • at least 1+ years of experience (preferably within the industry)
  • must have a clean driving record
  • ability to pass background screening and insurable by company standards

Job Duties

  • operate a 26-foot truck to deliver commercial tires, wheels, and other items
  • ensure proper loading/unloading of inventory and ensuring paperwork is correct
  • maintain a safe driving record, follow all safety rules/ppe requirements, and conduct thorough pre- and post-trip inspections
  • keep truck clean, stocked, and maintained
  • support warehouse/service staff with tire handling and equipment use
  • communicate effectively with customers and management regarding schedules, delays, violations, accidents, or breakdowns
  • demonstrate reliability, professionalism, and adherence to policies and procedures
