Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Valid Class C driver’s license or state equivalent
- DOT medical certification
- Must have a clean driving record
- Ability to pass background check and drug screen
- Ability to work nights and weekends
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Reliable and dependable with self-initiative
- Safety conscious at all times
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous experience in a similar role or industry is a plus
- Valid Class C driver’s license or state equivalent
- Must be insurable to drive by company standards
- DOT medical certification
- Forklift certification (obtained after employment)
- Commercial TIA certification preferred
- Ability to pass background check and drug screen
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to use road maps, smartphones, and GPS devices
- Ability to work under pressure and meet time constraints
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Reliable, dependable, and self-motivated

Job Duties
- Operate up to a 26-foot truck and deliver commercial tires and wheels class 5 through 8, as well as other items to customers
- Maintain a safe and clean driving record
- Execute client delivery schedules, ensure proper loading and unloading, and obtain signed paperwork
- Maintain cleanliness, perform maintenance, and manage inventory levels on the truck and person
- Assist supervisor with planning routes to maximize delivery efficiency
- Review orders before and after delivery to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction
- Communicate any traffic violations, accidents, breakdowns, or delays to management and customers
- Use Michelin mobile app to accurately record tire casing information and barcode client tires and wheels
- Assist with scrap out analysis as needed
- Interact professionally with customers and Snider personnel
- Conduct pre and post-trip inspections to verify mechanical systems functionality
- Follow all safety rules, wear proper PPE, and practice safety-conscious behavior
- Demonstrate excellent attendance and punctuality, adhere to company policies and procedures
